Braised Beef Tips    9
Choice Angus sirloin and tenderloin tips slowly braised in sherry and veal stock with onions and fresh thyme.    
Sauteed Salmon   11
Wild Alaskan salmon, lightly floured and sauteed, then topped with a fresh dill/pistachio pistou, served atop thinly sliced cucumbers in a light tzatziki sauce.    
Pan con Tomate (Bread with tomato)   4
Smoked vine-ripened tomato puree spread on warm, crusty bread brushed with garlic olive oil and then topped with fresh grated Manchego cheese.     
Asian Shrimp Salad   7
Tender shrimp, fresh avocado, pineapple, and peanuts tossed in an Asian dressing with lime, jalapeno, and mint.    
Wok Fried Fish and Chips   9
Flakey fish coated in a light tempura batter, wok fried until golden brown and served with gaufrette potato chips.

Choice Angus beef short ribs, marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, grilled and glazed with a red chimichurri. Served with a mixed green salad.

Creamy goat cheese breaded and then fried golden brown.  Served atop onion confit with a crusty baguette for dipping.

Sweet red peppers blended smooth with chickpeas, tahini, and garlic, served with grilled flatbread.

Tender pork ribs, slowly braised in Sprecher Root Beer, then grilled with jalapeno peach BBQ sauce.  Served with homemade haystack onions.

Thinly sliced eggplant, fried in a light batter, then rolled with fresh mozzarella and baked in a homemade marinara sauce with fresh basil.

Crab cakes made with lump Blue Crab meat, dusted with cornmeal & Panko bread crumbs. Served with red pepper aioli.

Crispy lettuce cups with a combination of chicken, peanuts, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and scallions.

Tucson-Choice ground chuck with avocado, chipotle seasoning and roasted red pepper aioli.    
Chinatown- Choice ground chuck with honey, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds.

Pot Stickers   7
Homemade pot stickers filled with Napa cabbage, onions, roasted chicken, and topped with a mirin and soy sauce reduction.  Accompanied by vegetables sauteed in Thai peanut sauce.  Additional pot stickers $2.50 each.

Fresh mozzarella, red onion, and tomatoes served with fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic reduction.
